How We Use It
We use your information solely to:
- Provide and maintain your account, calendar, and tools
- Process subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Send occasional emails with maintenance tips and No Rebound content
- Improve our app and website based on anonymous usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

We send practical, infrequent emails. We do not send daily blasts or promotional spam.

Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your account is immediately deactivated
- All personal data — including calendar entries, meal plans, and usage history — is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Subscription billing stops at the end of your current billing period (managed by Apple)
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account within the app.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time
- Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser settings
